This is a part-time role (about 10 hours per week). Many of those hours can be done remote - but there will be a need to come to office to pick-up materials and driving to local post offices and mail materials.

Responsibilities:
--- Help with mailing and gathering marketing materials
--- Helping with CRM
--- Organizing Marketing events
--- Setting up meetings
--- Help with social media
--- Manage vendors
--- Come up with ideas for reels
--- Work directly with firm owners to make sure marketing goals are met

Qualifications:

--- Strong understanding of web and email systems, public relations, brand messaging, and social platforms
--- Must possess excellent project management skills, communication skills, and a strong work ethic
--- Advanced knowledge of current market trends
--- Understanding of CRM
--- Understanding of social media platforms
