The Pegasus School is searching for our next Lower School Director to join our team for the 2025-2026 school year. The School is looking forward to the next phase of building and growth in support of our mission, and seeks a compassionate, dedicated, and caring leader to join our team. The Lower School Director has a critical role in the leadership of the Lower School to facilitate student success academically, socially, and emotionally. The Director will be expected to run effectively the day-to-day operations of grades PK-5, including oversight of the student experience; hiring, support, and retention of faculty and staff; and support of students and families as they progress through their educational journey. Frequent and consistent communication with an emphasis on building strong relationships with all members of the community is of paramount importance. The school is situated in a park-like 14-acre setting with facilities that include a theater, gymnasium, art studios, science and technology labs, library and classrooms.
