Job Summary:
The Senior Web Master will oversee the design, development, and maintenance of corporate and product websites. This role combines technical expertise in web management with creative animation skills to deliver engaging, high-performance websites. Basic SEO knowledge will be essential to collaborate with the marketing team on improving site visibility and search engine positioning.


Key ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities:

Website Development & Management:

• Lead the development, maintenance, and optimization of corporate and product websites.
• Ensure websites are responsive, secure, and user-friendly across all devices and browsers.
• Collaborate with internal teams to keep site content fresh and aligned with brand guidelines.Animation Design & Integration:
  • Design and implement advanced animations to create visually compelling and interactive web experiences.
  • Use tools like Lottie, GSAP, or WebGL to bring creative concepts to life.
  • Ensure animations enhance usability and do not compromise website performance.Basic SEO Implementation:
    • Develop and maintain an optimized website structure to support search engine visibility.
    • Work closely with the marketing team to enhance positioning and align with broader SEO strategies.Collaboration & Support:
      • Partner with design, marketing, and development teams to ensure cohesive and engaging web experiences.
      • Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting for website-related issues.
        Skills, Knowledge and ExpertiseRequired Skills and Qualifications:
        • Bachelor's degree in Web Development, Design, or a related field.
        • 5+ years of experience in web design and development.
        • Strong expertise in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
        • Proficiency with animation tools like GSAP, Lottie, or Adobe After Effects.
        • Familiarity with CMS platforms like Squarespace, WordPress, Webflow, or similar tools.
        • Basic understanding of SEO principles and website optimization best practices.
        • Creative problem-solving skills and an eye for detail, with a portfolio showcasing animation work.Preferred Qualifications:
          • Experience in WebGL, Three.js, or other interactive design frameworks.
          • Ability to integrate AR/VR features into web interfaces.
          • Familiarity with analytics tools to support site performance monitoring.
