Job Description:
A company is looking for a Software Integration Support Engineer
who will be responsible for ensuring high levels of application and
system availability in a remote contract position.
Key Responsibilities
Execute and monitor Informatica Workflow processes and complex SQL
queries
Analyze and resolve application issues in production and improve
monitoring dashboards
Coordinate application maintenance activities and provide on-call
support for critical issues
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
More than 3 years of experience in supporting critical applications
and infrastructure
Knowledge of Informatica Power Center Version 10.4 or higher
Understanding of SQL, databases (Mongo, Oracle, SQL Server), and
Unix
Experience with web services technology (SOAP and REST) and IT
service management processes
