Job Description:
A company is looking for a Technical Specialist- Expert.
Key Responsibilities
Provide consultation for database systems design and
improvements
Generate complex queries for data requests and reporting
requirements
Develop code and troubleshoot applications for election
modernization efforts
Required Qualifications
Expert level development experience with the North Carolina State
Elections Information Management System (SEIMS) application
suite
Proven work experience as a software development manager
Ability to design and implement scalable applications, APIs, and
database components
Extensive experience with Microsoft SQL Server database
administration and T-SQL
Knowledge and practical experience with cloud computing
technologies, preferably Microsoft Azure
