litigation, workplace investigations, and traditional labor law.

satisfaction and successful outcomes.Job Description
- Represent employers in employment litigation matters, including
discrimination, harassment, retaliation claims, wage and hour
disputes, class and collective actions, and federal/state
employment law compliance.
- Draft motions, pleadings, and legal memoranda.
- Conduct legal research and manage discovery processes.
- Handle depositions and witness interviews.
- Advise employers on employment law compliance, including ADA,
FMLA, CFRA, and COVID-related regulations, as well as disability
accommodations and leave policies.
- Potential to engage in labor relations, such as labor
negotiations, grievances, and arbitrations.Qualifications
- 4-7 years of substantive experience in employment
litigation.
- Strong understanding of California employment law.
- Experience with legal research, drafting, and discovery
management.
- Trial or arbitration experience preferred.
- Ability to provide sound advice on federal and state labor
laws.
- Excellent analytical, research, and writing skills.
- Admission to the California Bar required.Why This is a Great
